Artwork Behind Anaka: The New "Rust & Jade"

Concept

The old cover was a reference point for this illustration's color selection and it's super nova vibe. Working with Anaka on several covers in the past including The Unwavering, has allowed a strong creative collaboration! Inspired by space, black holes, aliens, planets, metal, energy from a live show, and the concept behind Plato's cave allowed this album cover to evolve into what it is now. The thinking here with Plato's cave is the idea of perceiving the true form of reality rather than a false illusion by others. Living inside a cell box and for a moment gazing at the wonderment that the universe occurring on the outside.

Excited to announce a new visual behind the lyrics for this Brooklyn Metal band!  This new "Rust & Jade" album cover was created for Anaka's old existing "Rust & Jade" cover created by Jimmy Pallis back in 2004.
